Rita has a sound knowledge of the property market in Europe developed over decades of experience across public, private and not-for-profit housing providers. Rita’s ability to develop motivated and effective project teams has enabled her to deliver major programmes and complex projects throughout her career. Rita has steered Westhill through significant change, maintaining resilience through the global financial crisis and the recent pandemic, and leading the business to international expansion.

Passionate about social change, Rita was Director and Trustee of Lumos Foundation from 2010-2020, a foundation dedicated to deinstitutionalising children’s facilities worldwide and is now Chair of the subsidiary Lumos Foundation Operation.
