LONDON: the development of a pipeline of potential acquisitions on behalf of Iceni LP

HALIFAX: A development of 41 residential, mainly 2 bedroom apartments with outstanding views over the town. Completed in October 2008.

LEICESTER: 13 unique duplexes and apartments developed within an original art deco commercial building and sympathetically designed extension. Completed in June 2008.

Bulgaria
Westhill has a landbank of sites prepared for development for when economic and financial conditions allow.
The total development value is €70 million and for all projects we have worked with locally sourced design teams and project managers in conjunction with international project management and design input.

Westhill has been responsible for the creation of innovative design solutions for major retail and leisure concepts in this new EU market entrant
Targoviste.
Targoviste

Crizantema Plaza is a planned shopping centre at Targoviste, located in the central-eastern part of Romania, approximately 85km from Bucharest. The construction permit for the centre was obtained in early 2008. Construction will commence on site in 2010 and the centre is planned to open at the end of 2011. The development is in two phases:
Phase 1:

Crizantema Plaza will be situated in the northern area of the city, where the new Valahia University campus is being relocated in 2009 and which will be attended by approximately 25,000 students.
Ploiesti
Working with a local and an internationally renowned design and project management team, Westhill was successful in achieving a construction permit for a 78,000m² Shopping Mall in Ploiesti, 50km north of Bucharest. The development value was €140m and the construction cost €85m. This project involved significant new infrastructure in terms of roads, sewage and power. Heads of Terms for 50% of pre-lets, an agreed construction contract and development finance of £120m were agreed prior to September 2007.
