Hissar Spa

Overview

Hissar is a small resort town in Bulgaria in the Plovdiv Province. It is located in the outskirts of the Sredna Gora mountain range, boasting a very mild climate over two dozen different mineral springs. The town is very popular with both Bulgarians and foreign tourists.

The 1707 sq m site is in regulation with skitza (layout plan of the property) with planning consent for a small hotel. The site has been confirmed as having its own mineral water source beneath it which could be arranged for exploitation.
